BENEFITS OF AN MCAR AFFILIATE MEMBER

Affiliate Membership in the Middlesex County Association of Realtors is $275.00 per year (prorated monthly).  All MCAR Affiliates are listed on page 2 of every newsletter (4 issues a year) with their company and phone number.  Affiliates are put on our mailing list and receive each MCAR newsletter during their membership that promotes the Associations activities.  Affiliates are mailed letters on any advertising space we may have such as the ad program for the Installation, Circle of Excellence Luncheon, Make-A-Wish Benefit, etc.  Affiliates can promote their company at an Education Program. For $75.00, they can get a display table in the back of the room for flyers and brochures, etc., and be introduced at the meeting. There will be no more than three tables per meeting.  Sponsorships are available for the Business Card Exchange in September at $500.00.

Affiliates can advertise in  “THE MIDDLESEX COMMITMENT” - our monthly newsletter.

You can reach 3,400± real estate licensees at a cost of only $100 per issue ($150 for nonmembers) for a 3.5” x 2.25” space . There is a maximum of 8 ads in each issue. Ad copy must be in our office by the 15th of the month for the next month’s publication. Why not give it a try! You’ll reach the people in our industry who use your products and services.On request, affiliates can receive the MCAR member offices for “free” (a $10.00 savings).
